I often think about summer vacations when I was a kid. Running through the sprinkler and swimming at the local pool. Riding bikes around the neighborhood until the streetlights turned on. It was fun. I didn’t think about it being exercise. And that’s the way it should be all the time.
With summer in full swing, it’s time to recapture some of that childhood magic. Get outside, chase a Frisbee and maybe blow a few bubbles. For a little while, don’t worry about tracking your heart rate or counting your steps – just have some fun!
