The end of summer may seem like the end of your outdoor workouts, but it doesn’t have to be. Fall is prime time for fun runs all across the country. Do some research to find one in your area, sign up and start training.
Try something new
Remember: There’s no need to make it a marathon. Start small with a 5K, and get your family members or a group of friends to join you in training and running the race.
