Chocolate-Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Pops

Prep time: 15 minutes Total time: 6 hours and 15 minutes Yield: 10 servings


  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt (preferably Greek yogurt)
  • 3-5 tablespoons sugar or other sweetener
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips


  1. Purée raspberries, yogurt and sugar in a food processor until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
  2. Divide the mixture among freezer-pop molds, stopping about an inch from the top. Gently stir out any air pockets.
  3. Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours. Dip the molds briefly in hot water before unmolding.
