Tomato-Basil Skewers

Prep time: 10 minutes Total time: 10 minutes Yield: 16 servings

Ingredients:
  • 16 small mozzarella balls
  • 16 fresh basil leaves
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, to drizzle
  • Coarse salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Thread mozzarella, basil and tomatoes onto small skewers or toothpicks.
  2. Drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
