- Look at the back of your fridge and find all the old leftovers and expired condiments – toss, recycle or wash containers.
Now do 25 jumping jacks.
- Open your closet. Quickly gather up anything that doesn’t fit or that you haven’t worn in two years. Pass them on to a friend or donate items to a local shelter.
Hold a plank for one minute.
